Senior Sales Executive

A Senior Jewellery Sales Consultant drives sales by creating exceptional customer experiences, building client relationships, and achieving targets, leveraging deep product knowledge and market trends, while also mentoring junior staff, managing displays, and handling transactions, essentially acting as a brand ambassador focused on luxury service, sales, and client retention. 

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Sales:
• Guide customers, create emotional connections, and provide styling advice to drive sales.
• Build and maintain a strong client book (clienteling) for repeat business.
• Exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Product Expertise:
• Possess in-depth knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, designs, and current trends.
• Stay updated on market activities and competitor offerings.
• Store Operations & Presentation:
• Ensure attractive, organized displays and a pristine store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and manage inventory/stock control.
• Leadership & Mentorship (Senior Aspect):
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
• Customer Service & Problem Solving:
• Handle complex customer inquiries, issues, and provide after-sales support.
• Deliver an unparalleled luxury shopping experience. 

Essential Skills & Attributes

• Proven luxury retail/jewellery sales experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Passion for fashion, luxury, and the brand.
• Goal-oriented, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with POS systems and CRM. 

Typical Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably in luxury goods or jewellery.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business/design degrees are a plus.
