Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through C2C (Corp-to-Corp) channels, vendors, and job portals
Build and maintain a strong vendor network
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Negotiate rates and manage candidate submissions
Track submissions, interviews, and placements
Maintain regular follow-ups with vendors and candidates
Ensure timely closure of positions
Required Skills:
Good understanding of C2C hiring process
Strong experience on W2
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with US clients (preferred)
Ability to work in night shifts
