Job Role: Senior Tele sales Executive ā Qlead Sales Team
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our Qlead sales team. This role requires proactive engagement with potential customers via outbound calls, as well as managing leads from digital campaigns. You'll play a key role in promoting Qlead's AI-driven lead generation capabilities and converting interest into results.
š° Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ā¹15,000 to 25,000 per month
- Attractive Incentives: Earn more than ā¹15,000 with performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and present Qleadās benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Handle and follow up on inbound leads generated from digital marketing efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM database regularly.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
- Share insights and feedback with the marketing team to improve lead generation efforts.
- Attend ongoing training sessions and team meetings to stay current with product updates and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar sales/customer engagement role.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage customer objections effectively.
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma; preference given to candidates with education in marketing or business.
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
