Skilled and Unskilled manpower - 1. Position: Skilled Worker – WTP/STP Manufacturing

Department: Production / Fabrication / Assembly

Location: Rampally, Hyderabad]

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skill & experience)

Job Summary:

The Skilled Worker will be responsible for performing technical fabrication, assembly, and fitting tasks involved in the manufacturing of water treatment and sewage treatment plant equipment such as tanks, filters, pumps, piping systems, and structural components.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate, fit, and assemble FRP/SS/MS tanks, pipelines, and skid-mounted units.

Assist in the installation of motors, pumps, valves, and blowers used in WTP/STP units.

Read and follow basic engineering drawings and instructions for component assembly.

Carry out electrical and mechanical fitting tasks under the supervision of engineers.

Ensure quality checks and follow safety standards during production work.

Support testing and final inspection before dispatch.

Coordinate with the production supervisor for material requirements and daily targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Fitter / Electrical / Plumber) preferred.

2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical fitting, or FRP fabrication.

Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and machine operation.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
