Shift Incharge

Core Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily store activities, ensuring smooth picking, packing, and dispatching to meet delivery SLAs. 
• Team Leadership: Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, motivate the team, handle grievances, and ensure adherence to company standards and training. 
• Inventory & Stock: Maintain accurate stock levels, manage replenishment, apply FIFO/FEFO (First-In, First-Out/First-Expiry, First-Out), and reduce shrinkage. 
• Delivery Coordination: Schedule riders, optimize routes, provide en-route support, and track performance for timely deliveries. 
• Customer & Issue Resolution: Handle customer escalations, track undelivered orders, investigate non-deliveries, and ensure high CSAT/NPS scores. 
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare shift reports (attendance, output, issues) and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and SOPs.
