Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Software Training Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and working professionals regarding software training programs and guiding them in choosing the right course based on their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and professionals on software training programs (DevOpps, Java full-stack, Python full-stack).
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, duration, fees, certifications, and career outcomes.
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic enquiries, and online leads.
- Follow up with interested candidates and support the enrolment process.
- Maintain student data, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for batch details.
- Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets.
