South Indian Cook

We are looking for an experienced South Indian Tiffin Chef with strong knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisines and the ability to prepare high-quality, hygienic, and consistent food.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic South Indian tiffin items (Idli, Dosa, Vada, Upma, Pongal, etc.)
• Good knowledge of South Indian cultural foods (Andhra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala styles)
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Ensure consistent taste and quality of food
• Assist in menu planning and exploring new/creative food items
• Manage food preparation within standard food cost limits (cost control knowledge is an added advantage)
• Follow company SOPs and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a South Indian Tiffin Chef
• Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisines
• Creative thinking in exploring and introducing new food items
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Knowledge of food cost control is an added advantage
• Preference for candidates from Andhra Pradesh
