Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Stores Executive to manage inventory, receive materials, and ensure proper storage and issuance of goods for smooth hotel and resort operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling hotel store operations including F&B items, housekeeping supplies, engineering materials, and general consumables.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementMaintain proper stock levels of all hotel consumables and materials
  • Monitor daily stock movement and maintain stock registers
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
  • Material ReceivingReceive materials as per Purchase Order and delivery challan
  • Check quality, quantity, and specifications of received materials
  • Prepare Goods Received Note (GRN)
  • Coordinate with purchase and department heads for discrepancies
  • Material IssuanceIssue materials to departments based on approved requisitions
  • Maintain issue register and documentation
  • Track consumption patterns and suggest reorder levels
  • Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory
  • Department CoordinationCoordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office
  • Support departments with urgent material requirements
  • Ensure timely availability of operational supplies
  • Documentation & ReportingMaintain stock registers and inventory records
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, GRNs, and issue slips
  • Update inventory in system or Excel
