Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for proactive Talent Acquisition Interns who will support our hiring initiatives by connecting with universities, colleges, and institutes. The role involves direct communication with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Principals, Deans, Professors, and other faculty members to build strong campus hiring pipelines.

This is a remote internship, ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and comfortable with professional outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with TPOs, Principals, Placement Coordinators, and faculty members across universities and colleges
• Identify and onboard student placement coordinators or relevant college representatives
• Promote internship and job opportunities to educational institutions
• Build and maintain a database of colleges, contacts, and placement teams
• Coordinate campus hiring activities such as student outreach and shortlisting
• Follow up regularly with institutions to ensure smooth communication
• Share reports and updates on outreach progress

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi/regional language preferred)
• Confidence in speaking with senior academic stakeholders
• Basic understanding of recruitment / talent acquisition (training provided)
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Organized and comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or Google Sheets
• Prior experience working with universities/colleges, placement cells, or student bodies is a plus
