Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Software Team Leader to manage and guide our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and the capability to deliver high-quality software projects on time. The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising developers, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth project execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of software developers.
• Plan, assign, and monitor project tasks and deadlines.
• Ensure timely delivery of software projects with high quality.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal teams.
• Review code and maintain coding standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during development.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Participate in project planning, architecture design, and development.
• Track team performance and ensure productivity.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, PHP, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks).
• Experience with database management (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
