Telecaller

Role Summary:

We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, explain our services, and follow up with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Answer inbound calls and address queries
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally
• Maintain call records and customer details
• Follow up on leads and update status regularly

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English + local language)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle calls patiently and confidently
