Job Description
Job Title:Tele Caller / Customer Coordination Executive
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for transport service inquiries
- Explain company transport services, routes, and basic rate details
- Follow up with existing and new clients for bookings
- Coordinate with operations/sales team regarding customer requirements
- Maintain basic call records, inquiries, and follow-up details
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and basic English
- Prior telecalling or customer coordination experience preferred (freshers can apply)
- Confident, polite, and professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of mobile and computer usage
- Working Hours:12 hours duty
- Lunch break and Namaz break provided
