🧾 Job Summary: A Telecalling Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers via phone to inform them about products or services, generate leads, close sales, or provide customer support. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-focused approach.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries.
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales or marketing team when required.
