Job Title: Tele caller / Client Care

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients.
• Explain legal services offered by the firm in a clear and professional manner.
• Follow up with clients regarding case updates, documents, and appointments.
• Maintain call records, client details, and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with advocates and internal teams for smooth client communication.
• Ensure timely client updates and proper call etiquette.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication skills in Telugu / English / Hindi (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and call tracking.
• Ability to handle clients politely and professionally.
• Willingness to learn legal process–related communication.
• Female/male candidates can apply.

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
