Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain company services and offers clearly

• Follow up with interested leads

• Maintain records of calls and customer details

• Answer customer queries politely and professionally

• Achieve daily and weekly call targets

Requirements

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of phone handling and customer interaction

• Ability to convince customers

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

• Languages: Telugu, English, and Hindi (optional)

• Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage

• Freshers are also welcome to apply
