Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Female Education counsellor with a solid background in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, supporting marketing efforts, and driving student enrollments through effective communication, counseling, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist prospective students, addressing their queries and providing detailed information on academic programs.
• Support marketing activities, including conducting cold calls, sending emails, and promoting academic programs.
• Counsel students and parents, providing expert guidance on choosing academic programs that align with their goals and needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of sales techniques, program offerings, and the academic landscape to maximize student enrollments.
• Meet and exceed business targets within established timelines.
• Follow up regularly with prospects to close enrollments and foster long-term relationships.
• Track and report sales activities, sharing insights and feedback with management.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-4 years in counseling, sales, or a similar role.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills to drive enrollments.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines and achieving sales goals.
• Experience in the education industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
