Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and generating leads to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Any Graduate

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus
