We are looking for a **motivated and energetic Telesales Executive** to join our Qlead sales team. This role requires proactive engagement with potential customers via outbound calls, as well as managing leads from digital campaigns. You'll play a key role in promoting Qlead's AI-driven lead generation capabilities and converting interest into results.

**🎯 Key Responsibilities:**


* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and present Qlead’s benefits clearly and persuasively.

* Handle and follow up on inbound leads generated from digital marketing efforts.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM database regularly.

* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.

* Share insights and feedback with the marketing team to improve lead generation efforts.

* Attend ongoing training sessions and team meetings to stay current with product updates and sales strategies.

* Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar sales/customer engagement role.

* Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
