Job Title: Telecaller Executive Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information about our products/services.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls and attend inbound customer calls
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally
• Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues
• Maintain call records and customer details accurately
• Follow up with potential and existing customers
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Must be fluent in any 3 languages
• Kannada language proficiency is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
