Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with pre-generated product leads (no cold calling)
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for closures and escalations
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic objections
• Requirements & Skills Good communication skills in [required languages]
• Basic knowledge of telecalling or sales is preferred
• Ability to convince and close product-based leads
• Comfortable working with call systems and CRM tools
