Job Description
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce the company’s products/services and explain the value proposition clearly.
- Identify customer needs and assess interest levels.
- Maintain call logs, update CRM/Excel sheets, and record customer responses.
- Follow up with warm leads and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead‑generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when required.
- Maintain a positive, customer‑friendly attitude during all interactions.
