🌟 Role OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products/services to customers, and convert leads into successful outcomes. This role is target-driven and offers attractive incentives.

📌 Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries

• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
• Follow up with interested leads regularly
• Understand customer needs and close leads effectively
• Maintain call records and lead details in CRM or Excel
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly conversion goals
• Coordinate with sales or support teams when required

🎯 Required QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass / Graduate

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
• Good communication skills in Telugu & English (Hindi is a plus)
• Comfortable working with targets and incentives
