Telecaller

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain about company products/services.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and sales goals.

Provide clear information and build good relationships with customers.

Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate / Graduate qualification.

Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English.

Ability to convince customers and handle objections.

Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Positive attitude and good listening skills.
