Customer Care Executive (Remote)

Job Role:

We are hiring a Customer Care Executive who will handle client communication, manage inquiries, and assist in converting leads into customers. This is a remote role but requires office-like discipline.

Key Responsibilities:


- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, and email

- Explain services and pricing to potential clients

- Send proposals, quotations, and PPTs

- Follow up with leads and payments

- Maintain customer records and updates

- Coordinate with internal team when needed

Required Skills:


- Good communication skills (English + Hindi)

- Customer handling and support experience

- Basic sales and lead conversion knowledge

- PPT making (Canva / PowerPoint)

- Follow-up and payment handling skills

- Basic computer knowledge

Technical Requirements:


- Must have personal Laptop/PC

- Must have stable high-speed internet

- Quiet working environment (office-type setup)

Working Details:


- Timing: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Work Type: Remote

- Weekly Off: Sunday only

Salary:


- β‚Ή8,000 – β‚Ή15,000/month (based on experience)
