Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our remote team. As a Telecaller, your role will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate leads or close sales. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional and positive approach during all interactions with customers.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
• Explain product/services to potential customers clearly and convincingly
• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information
• Follow up with interested leads through calls or WhatsApp
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions
• Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional languages a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is preferred (not mandatory)
• Quiet work environment and good internet connection
