Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele caller Executive with at least 1 year of experience in tele calling, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve business targets.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar energy products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and inbound inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries courteously and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights to the management team.
• Required Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive / Telesales Executive.
• Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
