Job Title: Debt Recovery Telecaller- Job Summary:

We are looking for a Debt Recovery Telecaller responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.

• Key Responsibilities:Contact customers via phone to remind them of overdue payments
• Explain the outstanding amount, payment terms, and due dates clearly
• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely payment
• Negotiate payment plans where required, as per company policy
• Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and payment commitments
• Update customer information and payment status in the system
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Escalate unresolved or critical cases to the senior team or manager
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines during recovery
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in debt recovery, collections, or telecalling is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and regional language(s)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle rejection and difficult conversations calmly
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
• Result-oriented with the ability to meet recovery targets
