• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Explain Legal Capital services clearly and professionally.
• Handle client queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with clients regarding case updates and appointments.
• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM data.
• Coordinate with the legal team for client appointments and documentation.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets.
• Required Skills: Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi & English preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Confident and polite speaking skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convince clients.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
