Job Title: Telecaller – Insurance Sales (Outbound Process)

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to join our outbound sales team at Connect 2 Insure. The role involves contacting potential customers, promoting Motor, Health, and Life insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain car insurance policies, features, and benefits clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the system.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism during calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduation preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and regional language (Hindi/Telugu preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in telecalling or insurance sales (especially motor insurance).
• Knowledge of car insurance policies and terms.
