Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

ob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate/construction team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team by communicating with potential clients over calls.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases/leadsHandle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding projectsExplain property details, pricing, location advantages, and offersGenerate and qualify leads for the sales teamSchedule site visits and follow up with interested customersMaintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer interactionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsCoordinate with the sales team for closures and updatesAchieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targetsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduation (Any field)0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate (preferred)Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred)Basic knowledge of real estate or construction industry is an advantageStrong convincing and negotiation skillsAbility to handle rejection and remain motivatedBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)Key Competencies:Excellent verbal communicationCustomer-focused approachTime management and multitasking abilityPositive attitude and team playerSalary & Benefits:Fixed Salary + Attractive IncentivesPerformance-based bonusesOpportunity for career growth in salesWorking Hours:[e.g., 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM]Weekly Off: [Specify]Additional Requirements (Optional):Female candidates preferred
