Job Overview

We are hiring a Professional Telecaller / CRM Executive (Female) to handle social media leads, customer engagement, showroom coordination, and post-sales CRM activities. The role demands excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset to deliver a premium customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards.



Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales: Telecalling & Lead Conversion

  1. Contact and follow up with leads generated through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  2. Professionally explain Celestile’s luxury interior and home décor offerings.
  3. Convince and schedule interested prospects for showroom visits.
  4. Maintain accurate call logs, lead follow-ups, and customer data in CRM.
  5. Coordinate with sales and design teams to fix appointments.
  6. Maintain high standards of call etiquette and customer engagement.

Post-Sales: CRM & Customer Support

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers after sales closure.
  2. Provide regular updates on order processing, dispatch, delivery, and installation.
  3. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams for timely execution.
  4. Schedule installation appointments and ensure quality standards are met.
  5. Log customer complaints in CRM and track them to closure within defined TAT.
  6. Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  8. Maintain structured CRM documentation and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
  9. Support showroom operations during peak hours, if required.
  10. Represent Celestile professionally in line with luxury brand values.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Gender: Female candidates only
  • Education: MBA / BBA / Any Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
  • Experience: 1–5 years
  • (Luxury home décor, interiors, hospitality, or customer-handling experience is an added advantage)
  • Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu (mandatory)
  • Skills: Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Personality: Soft-spoken, customer-focused, pleasing personality
  • Technical: Basic computer skills; CRM experience preferred



Age Criteria

  • Below 35 years

  • Willingness to relocate to Shamshabad by mid-June 2026
