Telecaller Inbound

 We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Inbound Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, resolving their queries, providing service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

•Answer incoming Messages/calls promptly and professionally.

•Handle customer inquiries and support requests effectively.

•Provide accurate information about services, or policies.

•Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

•High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

•Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

•Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities.
