Job Description
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely, professional assistance.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
Offer accurate information about our services, and company policies.
Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and update information in the CRM system
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, such as call volume or customer satisfaction scores.
Adhere to communication scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistency.
Depending on the role, you may also be required to make outbound calls for follow-ups and sales.
