Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in promoting and selling real estate properties. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

The Real Estate Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients and handling inbound inquiries related to property projects. The candidate will provide detailed information about available properties, including pricing, features, and location benefits. They will generate and qualify leads, maintain a database of customer interactions, and ensure regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities. Scheduling appointments for site visits and coordinating with the sales team will also be a key part of the role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The candidate should have at least a 10+2 qualification, with graduation being preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate will be an added advantage. Strong communication and convincing skills are essential, along with the ability to handle rejection positively. Basic knowledge of the real estate market and familiarity with computers, including MS Office or CRM tools, will be beneficial.
