Telecaller Outbound

Role Overview:

We are hiring customer-focused Calling Agents for inbound and outbound processes. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls as per business needs

• Resolve customer queries and log service requests/tickets in CRM

• Make outbound calls for billing, collections, reconnection & customer outreach

• Ensure accurate documentation and first-call resolution

• Promote relevant plans, upgrades, and add-on services

• Follow SOPs, compliance guidelines, and escalation processes

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication & listening skills

• Customer handling & problem-solving ability

• Basic computer & CRM knowledge

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Language Requirements:

• English – Mandatory

• Hindi / Telugu / Tamil / Kannada – Preferred

• Multilingual candidates have an added advantage

Shift Details:

• Rotational shifts (including weekends & holidays)

Education:

• 10+2 / Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience:

• Call center or customer support experience preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
