Telecaller – Real Estate

Job Summary:We are hiring enthusiastic Telecallers to promote and generate leads for our open plot ventures. The ideal candidate will contact potential buyers, explain project details, and motivate them to visit our sites. You’ll be the first point of contact between our company and clients — helping them find the right investment opportunity.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in buying open plots.
• Share details about location, layout, DTCP/RERA approvals, amenities, and pricing.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through regular follow-ups.
• Convert inquiries into site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain customer data in CRM / Excel sheets accurately.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media leads.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback and market insights to the sales manager.
• Required Skills:Excellent communication in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
• Good phone etiquette and listening ability.
• Confidence to talk with clients from different backgrounds.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM).
• Passion for sales and interest in the real estate sector.
• Qualifications:Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any field.
• Experience in real estate telecalling or sales is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
