Job Description: Tele-Calling Sales Executive

Role Objective
As a Tele-Calling Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for corporate clients. Your goal is to introduce our bespoke event management services and premium gifting solutions to HR managers, procurement heads, and CXOs, turning "cold" conversations into warm business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients through cold calling and professional networking (LinkedIn).
Pitching: Clearly communicate our value proposition—whether it’s planning a seamless annual offsite or curating high-end Diwali hampers.
Relationship Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently without being intrusive.
Database Management: Keep an organized record of calls, feedback, and client requirements in our Google sheets or Excel trackers.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations and design teams to provide customized quotes based on client briefs.
Targets: Meet daily call volume benchmarks and weekly "qualified lead" targets.
Requirements & Skills:
Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (Knowledge of regional languages like [e.g., Telugu, English, Hindi] is a major advantage depending on your target hub).
Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of the corporate gifting cycle (festivals, joining kits, anniversaries) and event logistics.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs) and CRM tools.
Education: Graduate in any stream; Marketing or Communications background preferred.
