Telecalling Executive

At Kompass Junior College, we believe that every student’s journey starts with the right guidance. We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive, and persistent Admissions Counselor to join our growth team.

Being an Admissions Counselor, your primary task will be proactive outbound telecalling. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, turning cold data into warm enrollments through consistent outreach and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outbound Calling: Execute a high volume of cold and warm calls daily to prospective students and parents from provided databases.
• Lead Conversion: Qualify leads, understand student requirements, and effectively pitch the value proposition of Kompass Junior College.
• Counseling & Guidance: Educate parents and students about our curriculum, integrated coaching programs, and campus facilities.
• Appointment Setting: Convince prospective leads to visit the campus for physical counseling sessions and tours.
• Database Management: Meticulously update the CRM with call statuses, follow-up dates, and student remarks.
• Follow-up Rigor: Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule to ensure no lead goes cold.
• What We Are Looking ForThe "Hustle" Mentality: You aren't intimidated by a long list of numbers. You enjoy the challenge of turning a "No" into a "Maybe" and a "Maybe" into a "Yes."
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English, Telugu and should be able to manage Hindi. You must be able to sound professional yet empathetic over the phone.
• Resilience: High emotional intelligence to handle rejections gracefully and stay motivated throughout the day.
• Target-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding calling targets or sales quotas.
• Education: Any Graduate/ 12th pass with very good communication skills (Prior experience in Ed-Tech or College Admissions telecalling is a significant plus).
