📋 Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Telecalling Team Leader to manage and guide our telecalling team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, ensuring quality standards, and driving overall productivity.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets

Monitor call quality and provide regular feedback and coaching

Assign leads and ensure proper follow-ups

Track team performance metrics (conversion rate, call volume, revenue)

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues

Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members

Ensure adherence to company policies and calling scripts

Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies
