About the Role

We are looking for energetic and self-driven Telesales Executives to join our insurance sales team. If you love talking to people, can handle objections like a pro, and know how to convince without sounding salesy, this role is for you. It’s fully Work From Home, but the hustle stays real.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products clearly.

Handle customer queries, understand their requirements, and pitch the right plans.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.

Maintain call logs, CRM updates, and daily productivity reports.

Meet monthly sales targets with consistent performance.

Requirements:

Mandatory: Personal laptop/desktop, good internet connection, and a quiet working environment.

Languages:

Mandatory: Kannada, Hindi, English

Preferred: Telugu, Malayalam

Prior experience in telesales, insurance sales, or customer calling is an added advantage.

Strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to handle customer objections.

Ability to work independently while meeting daily/weekly KPIs.
