Telesales Executive

Job Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our branding and digital marketing team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and promoting our branding, digital marketing, and creative services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads

• Introduce company services such as branding, digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and website development
• Understand client requirements and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking sheets
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve conversion rates
• Stay updated on company offerings and digital marketing trends
• Requirements & SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)]
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
• Basic knowledge of branding, digital marketing, or advertising is a plus
• Ability to handle objections and close conversations professionally
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, email)
