Telesales Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the BBETTER product range.
• Listen to customers' health concerns and explain how our Ayurvedic medicine(backed by science) can provide a solution.
• Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to convert interest into successful orders.
•  Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat purchases and long-term brand loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and sales status in our CRM.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to close sales while maintaining the ethical standards of a wellness brand.
• A positive attitude and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
• Base pay plus top incentives in telesales

Must be able to speak Hindi or Marati fluently.

Must be willing to relocate or travel to the office location on a daily basis.

Education Qualification: 12th or any graduate.

Schedule:

Rotational shift 6 days working (only Dayshift)

Only Work from office.
