About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Tele Caller Executive to join our Customer Success team for our CRM SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, support customers with product-related queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain CRM features, updates, and service offerings.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries related to CRM usage, subscriptions, and basic technical issues.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them with suitable CRM solutions.
  • Follow up with customers for demos, feedback, renewals, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call details, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with technical, implementation, and support teams for escalated concerns.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service quality standards.
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets and productivity benchmarks.
  • Assist in lead qualification and customer onboarding support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support (SaaS/IT industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems, SaaS products, or software solutions is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and remote environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
