We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our staffing and housekeeping services team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting our manpower supply and facility management services through outbound and inbound calls. The role includes understanding client requirements, explaining service offerings, scheduling meetings for the field sales team, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. The Telesales Executive will follow up on inquiries, negotiate basic terms, and support the closure of sales to achieve monthly targets. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills are essential. Prior experience in telesales, staffing, or facility services will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to contribute to business growth and client acquisition.
