We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telesales Executives to work from home and connect with property sellers and buyers across India. The primary role is to perform cold calling, explain the benefits of our platform UrgentSales.in, and generate quality leads for real estate listings and buyer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential property sellers and buyers.
• Explain the features and benefits of the UrgentSales.in platform.
• Collect key property details from sellers and preferences from buyers.
• Qualify leads and update records accurately.
• Follow up with leads regularly to assist in conversions.
• Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams for high-potential leads.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, real estate calling, or BPO is preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain call discipline.
• Must have a smartphone, internet connection, and basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
