Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Telesales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the , promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct Inbound and outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating sales.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Showcase in-depth knowledge of our products/services and address customer inquiries.

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


Requirements:


Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.

Fluent in Telugu, , and English languages to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and managing sales data.

Strong organizational skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:


Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products and information.

Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
