🎯 Position OverviewWe are hiring a confident and medically aware Tele Relationship Executive to coordinate with Rural Medical Practitioners (RMPs), local clinics, and referral partners.

The role focuses on:

• Building strong referral relationships
• Explaining hospital services
• Coordinating emergency admissions
• Strengthening trust with RMP network

This is a strategic growth position, not regular telecalling.

• 🔹 Core Responsibilities📞 1. Daily RMP CallingCall assigned RMP list daily
• Update about hospital services
• Inform about specialist availability (Pulmo, Ortho, ICU, etc.)
• Follow up on referred patients
• 🚑 2. Emergency CoordinationInform ambulance dispatch immediately
• Update RMP once patient reaches hospital
• Provide admission & ICU status update
• Maintain referral transparency
• 📋 3. Referral TrackingMaintain RMP-wise referral sheet
• Track:

• Prepare daily report for management
