Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives (Freshers) who are interested in building a career in the financial services industry. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining loan products, and supporting the sales team in generating business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through calls and follow-ups on provided leads.
- Explain company loan products and services to prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and guide them regarding suitable loan options.
- Collect basic client information and documents required for loan processing.
- Maintain proper follow-up with clients until the completion of the process.
- Update call details, client responses, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the internal processing team for smooth case handling.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication with clients at all times.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
