Telesales Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic TeleSales representatives to contribute in generating sales for our company. He will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Must be able to speak Telugu fluently.

Must be willing to relocate or travel to the office location on a daily basis.

Education Qualification: 12th or any graduate.

Schedule:

Only Dayshift - 6 days working

Paid Sick leaves

Only Work from office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Clearly communicate product features and benefits.
• Assist customers with placing orders and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Follow up with customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and overall positive attitude.
• Make sure customer queries are solved in details.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Previous experience in a telesales or customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
