Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide training to employees on communication, sales process, and customer handling
- Counsel and guide team members to improve performance
- Conduct regular training sessions for new joiners and existing staff
- Monitor trainee progress and give constructive feedback
- Support management in improving team productivity
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Must be fluent and good in Hindi, English, and Telugu
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and motivate people
- Prior experience as a trainer/counsellor is an added advantage
